Where authentic flavours and music combine to create a uniquely Latin American experience.

Zócalo is the central square in Mexico City and has come to mean a place where people get together to share experiences—and that’s what we want our restaurant to be. A place for you to connect and enjoy food, family and friends in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

In our Zócalo we invite you to experience flavours from throughout Latin American and our food and drinks will take you on a journey that stretches from Mexico to Argentina. The dishes are served tapas-style with everything designed for sharing, making Zócalo Modern Cantina just the place for a convivial evening with friends.

QUESO FUNDIDO

Bubbling melted cheese served with a side of pico de gallo, guacamole and flour tortillas. Add longaniza sausage or portobello mushroom.

SOPITOS

Two corn tortillas with chicken mole or roasted peppers, onions and mushrooms topped with lettuce, sour cream and feta cheese.

EMPANADAS DE MAIZ

Six chicken or cheese corn pastry pockets served with chimichurri sauce

FLAUTAS

Crispy rolled-up corn tortillas filled with chicken and served with sour cream, lettuce and pico de gallo

BROCHETA DE CAMARON

Shrimp and veggie skewers dressed with garlic butter

EZQUITE

Grilled corn topped with feta cheese, chili lime seasoning and mayonnaise, served with home-made corn tortilla chips

ROLLITOS DE CAMARON

Shrimp, potato and cheese rolls served with pico de gallo

CEVICHE ECUATORIANO

Tomato and lime ceviche from shrimp and pacific ling cod

TROMPO DE PASTOR

Pineapple marinated pork served on a mini-spit with corn tortillas and garnishes

ALAMBRE

Stir-fried beef, shrimps or vegetarian with bell peppers, mushrooms, onions and pineapple, topped with melted cheese

CORVICHES

Baked Mexican corn flour pockets filled with Ecuadorian style fish or shrimp and cheese. Served with traditional peanut sauce on the side

Slow roasted beef tongue topped with a creamy mushroom sauce, served with bread
